Job Position Summary

The Director of Interactive Strategy is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of world class Internet strategies. These strategies will drive measureable return on investment for Mobius Creative clients, improve the management of client relationships, and contribute to the overall revenue goals for Mobius Creative.

Functional Responsibilities

Client Results

  • Provide expert insight and knowledge on interactive strategy best practices including information architecture, site architecture, user conversion strategies, online marketing tactics that drive qualified traffic, and analysis of web analytics & statistical tracking.
  • Through consulting engagements, gain advanced insight and develop documentation on client’s online needs and challenges through interviews, competitive research and market analysis. Communicate this knowledge as needed to all Mobius Creative teams through a collaborative approach.
  • Leverage best practices to create powerful interactive strategies, establish goals and (Key Performance Indicators) KPI’s, monitor results, and deliver accurate and timely reporting to clients.
  • Oversee the development and nurture client relationships, proactively manage client expectations, maintain ongoing understanding of client’s business, competitive landscape and market conditions.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing execution of client campaigns.
  • Oversee the frequent analysis of client campaigns and the development of recommendations to improve results.

Sales Support

  • Grow service line revenue through account growth & new client acquisition.
  • Effectively communicate Mobius Creative’s value to current and potential clients to communicate its competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop presentations and pitch interactive services to potential new clients.
  • Provide training to internal teams, as needed.

Leadership

  • Collaborate with CEO on the development and execution of the corporate strategy.
  • Provide leadership as a mentor and role model of Mobius Creative’ score values both within the company and throughout the community.
  • Support executive team in the achievement of the organizations goals.

General Responsibilities

  • Attend all necessary staff meetings.
  • Maintain a professional awareness of all existing Mobius Creative service lines, including current technologies, and suggest other services based on client demand.
  • Collaborate with CEO, clients and other business stakeholders to ensure the integrity of company standards and operations.

Preferred Education & Skills:

  • 8+ years Interactive Strategy Experience
  • Understanding of advanced SEM strategies
  • Experience with HTML
  • Experience with analytics applications (Google, Omniture, etc.)
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience developing integrated marketing comm. plan

Job Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales targets through direct selling, networking & involvement in the business community. Furthermore, this individual is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction via the development of strong relationships with clients and partners.

Position Responsibilities

Generate Sales from New Accounts

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Achieve expert level knowledge about each of your prospects and their respective businesses.
  • Execute sales activity through creative and proactive sales efforts.
  • Establish strong relationships in the business community via networking.
  • Responsible for adhering to all sales policies, processes, structure and tactical initiatives while meeting sales objectives.
  • Meet all required team activity objectives and sales plan structure goals.
  • Create contracts, work orders, and proposals, as needed.
  • Educate yourself regularly on target customers.
  • Review your target accounts with the management team regularly and suggest creative ways to drive sales.
  • Maintain a professional awareness of all existing Mobius Creative service lines, including current technologies and online marketing tactics.

Build Relationships with Mobius Creative prospects and within the Arizona business community

  • Create regular contact with your prospects and target accounts.
  • Achieve expert level knowledge about each of your accounts and their respective businesses.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions.
  • Establish strong relationships with appropriate internal and external personnel.

Generate accurate and timely sales reports, RFP responses and other required sales documentation

  • Create all relevant proposals and related documents with 100% accuracy.
  • Accurately manage and maintain all prospect information in our CRM tool.
  • Timely and accurately respond to RFP’s and incoming leads.
  • Accurately maintain sales forecasts and sales documentation.

Skill-set

  • Advanced knowledge in Interactive Design, Development and Strategy preferred.
